Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of budgets, including monitoring and reporting discrepancies.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and prepare tax returns and filings.
Account Reconciliation: Perform regular ledger balances and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in the financial statements.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to help guide business decisions and strategy development.
Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during audits and reviews to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Financial Policies: Help to develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Ad-hoc Reporting: Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 5 to 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in fast moving manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Flexible and willing to work beyond normal working hours.
