Our spray cooling capability enables us to create a range of finished product forms, from fine powders to beads. This enables to fulfil a wide range of product functionalities from free-flowing, anti-dusting particles to highly functional ingredients with excellent dispersion properties.

In light of our product expansion, we will put in place a custom blending facility with flexibility to support specialised blends of dairy applications. This IBC blending system reduces mechanical stresses on the product and reduces the risk of product cross contamination which is critical in food safety management.
As an extension of our dry-blended range of texturing systems, we will invest in integration capabilities. To create an integrated texturising system, we disperse the hydrocolloid components within a continuous emulsifier phase. This is then spray crystallised to create a discreet, coated particle that improves product functionality through ease of dispersion especially in diary systems.
